An overnight quick stay before taking ferry from Ullapool. Set in a quiet and scenic area, a classic busy hotel with many rooms, long corridors and gigantic public bar areas. I had a lovely single room with a full sized bathroom. Everything about my stay was perfect, especially the overnight reception staff. I slept well and sadly left before breakfast. I’ll stay again rather than in much busier and more expensive Inverness. Lots of Scottish clan info and classic Scottish images and souvenirs. More used to coach parties, they made room for me at a great and affordable rate.

A very comfortable and clearly modernised interior gave a lovely cosy impression. The bar and lounge/restaurant was staffed on arrival and check in was swift and straightforward. The room was large and the king bed was extremely comfortable! The shower and bathroom was superbly clean and well maintained with modern features. Excellent value for money and highly recommended

    Very helpful reception when I had to change my booking due to a breakdown. Thank you Chelsea and then Mairi (?). Room was as promised. Very glad that the hotel is dog friendly - bowls, fleeces and treats available but we had our own dog bed etc. Good sized room. Window could be opened. We slept well.
