We loved everything about our stay — the house, the location, the sheep, and the chickens! The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere is peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable. Both hosts go above and beyond to assist their guests in every way possible. Breakfast with the stunning view was an unforgettable experience. Lovely hotel good value for money food is fantastic staff are great, room is amazing looking straight to the sea, right next to the ferry port crossing to Hebrides island.

Fantastic location by broom loch , small but had everything we needed very well thought out , extras ….Home baked bread and bottle of processco ! Perfect !steve the owner greeted us explained everything we needed then left us to it , really lovely place.

So much nature and silence: red squirrel, deer and amazing Loch view and sunset, much space. We were warmly welcome and appreciated the generosity of Scottish people.

This Highland haven was a bijou. Nestled on a Croft, it provided a welcome break from the camper van. It was so comfortable and the thoughtful owners had covered all bases. There was even ice for my G&T ready in the freezer box. The views were truly stunning and the welcome warm. I would not hesitate to recommend the Shepherd’s hut to travellers - we just wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back.
