One of the highlights of our trip and a perfect way to end our adventure in Georgia and unwind in the countryside away from tourists and the city noise. The property is spectacularly designed with attention to detail. We were almost the only guests in this large property and almost felt like having private staff - upon request we were immediately served delicious dinner and breakfast prepared by their chef. The pool was perfect for a cool-down and the wine-tasting experience interesting and of great value! The staff was super attentive and professional despite their young age - thank you for everything!

Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. The hotel was amazing! It exceeded my expectations, Our plane was delayed for an hour and we arrived late at night and the lady on the reception was waiting for us for a check-in. She also agreed to make us a breakfast early in the morning and the breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is super nice. Everything in the room was new and super clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our time at Hotel Royal met all expectations. Rooms are really beautifull with big bathroom. Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the center. In the night is there really quiet and you can sleep so great. Owner of the hotel Georgi was really helpfull with everything what we needed. Even he called for us taxi to the aiport and he wake up for us at 4:30 in the morning to be sure, that everything is OK. I fully recommend. When we will come back to Kutaisi, definitely we will come to this hotel back.

Unforgettable stay at this charming old villa-like family home. The house is reminiscent of good old times and is decorated with family heirlooms, and musical instruments, and is surrounded by beautiful plantations, like grape vines and palm trees. The rooms were very comfortable with separate bathrooms. The host arranged direct transportation for us from Kutaisi Airport and offered both home-cooked authentic Georgian breakfast, dinner, and also homemade wine. They also have a very lovely dog which was an absolute delight. When our time came to leave the host also was very kind to take us to the bus station by car. We felt at home very much. I can't wait to return soon!
