The house has a beautiful terrace with comfortable chairs and eating facilities as well as a very well equipped barbecue. We were there during the incredible heatwave but the house itself remained relatively cool as it is in stone. There is a lovely breeze as it is slightly at altitude. We were a mixed group of people, one couple, a child and 3 individuals and we never felt cramped or on top of one another as it is a very spacious house. Main bathroom had a nice shower and was spacious. There are insect screens on all windows and doors which is also so important

A lovely place to stay by the beach! We appreciated being steps away from the shore, perfect for lazy days under the sun. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. Batsi's charm, with its quaint streets and scenic views, added a nice touch to our trip. Amazing hotel with exceptional facilities. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a little terrace with the most wonderful view over Batsi. Breakfast had a variety of traditional options and everything was tasty! The pool was clean and big and we enjoyed our coffee relaxing a few times. The hotel is situated 5 min on foot from Batsi, a great place with restaurants, bars and clubs as well as beaches. All in all, excellent experience, would totally recommend!!!

Perfect location to access the sandy beaches across the street. We spent all our time at Kaliva Beach Lounge. Miss Irene was warm and welcoming and provided a great breakfast every morning. Each day was something new- a special bread or a different egg dish. They really do make an effort for a nice start to the day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we wanted to visit. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Their hospitality really made our trip special. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

    Location is amazing and so are the staff at the hotel, no exceptions! Friendly, professional, courteous and hospitable. They say they are a pet friendly hotel and they mean it, our two chihuwawas were more than welcome and everybody attended to our extended family with care

    Location is perfect, central with best view and beach. . Staff is very helpful. Both Attendants at the reception, Maria Salary and Maria whom I don’t know her second name were helpful and welcoming. We got a hiking map of the island for the days of our stay. Breakfast balcony is relaxing and has sea view over the hotel’s beach. And its great to rest on the beach beds. My dogs felt well on the ground floor. And on the public areas.
