We only spent a night but I wish it could have been a week! Special mention and thank to the lady keeping the house, she is absolutely lovely! They were flexible with the time which we appreciated. It is a real house, with also is their own decoration and stuff, so that it is a real immersion in the local culture. You have all the upper house for you; and mostly the view from the balcony is just amazing! It is like 15 min from the port with small street and stairs so be ready (don't plan too much bags). And like 10 min from the beach Castello. So that it is just in the middle. There is a nice restaurant just down which is convenient. I recommend!

The room was small but very cozy and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The host was incredibly kind and attentive — thank you for the warm hospitality! Everything was perfect about this property! Number 1 advantage - it’s 4 min from the port and it’s NOT on the hill! omg, i was traveling with a heavy luggage and hydra stairs with the luggage would be a nightmare. My room was cosy, spotless clean, comfortable, with a lovely garden and mountain view. Bed was sooooo cosy?, i loved my mornings) And it’s quiet ! As a person who lives in hell of a Bali with terrible noise of bikes and cars all the time and everywhere, i enjoyed peace so much. Yannis is a lovely host, i could check in early and leave my luggage to spend few more hours on magical Hydra!

Great place and great travel experience during this time of the year (off season). I took a sea view room with a small balcony in front. Even lying on the bed (very good mattress) and reading your book you can enjoy the magnificent view. Molton brown products can make you happy when taking your shower. The location is excellent for this time period as most shops are closed and the port is the place where everybody meets. You can enjoy your coffee and breakfast at Isalos cafe (very kind personnel). Also congratulations to Tiky (I hope I write well her name). She is the woman who cleans the room and she is very kind and helpful.
