The kitchen was fully equipped, we had a fridge, microwave, cooker, dishes and cutletry, plates, bowls, cafeteria, glasses, mugs and even espresso cups. There was oil, spices, coffee and teas, so making meals or reheating was super easy. The hosts - a lovely French/Hungarian couple, were helpful, and welcoming. we had a nice chat and we could use the garden and basketball hoop, which my son really enjoyed. The apartment has its own mini terrace, with a table and chairs, which is great to sit at in the evening. Dining table, bathroom, kitchen , living room and bedroom plus extra space for a bed if you need it. It was more a home away from home than an apartment.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We liked that the spa pool and the saunas were free for the use of hotel patrons. It was within walking distance of the famous thermal Lake Heviz, shops and restaurants. there was free parking for hotel guests just a few doors from the hotel. It is a boutique hotel with around 20 rooms, so it was nice and quiet, There is an elevator. Staff were friendly.

The owner is very nice, helpful, knows all the good spots and places to go in the city. He allowed us to leave our bikes at his premises even after our stay ended, which we are very grateful for. The room itself was very clean and spacious, we had all the right equipment, the coffee was great :)
