Initially I had some issues regarding my stay. The room wasn't being cleaned properly, the towels weren't being replaced and the shower gel etc won't get refilled until I'd ask the house keeping. Furthermore, the gym had no drinking water and exercise rugs. Once I complained about this to the management, surprisingly every single thing was fixed before I woke up next day and that just improved my stay entirely. The swiftness of the staff changed my mind entirely about the property. Especially Dea and Della who quickly sorted out all the problems I was having. Furthermore, Yana from management offered me a free breakfast/dinner and a massage as a compensation to all the problems I had. Overall, the bad experience quickly turned into good.

It was so new! I’ve stayed with my boyfriend and we enjoyed this place, especially the design, it felt really comfortable to stay. Additionally would like to notice reception team, they helped us to check in smoothly and helped with my requests thorough the stay ❤️ +wifi was stable and with good speed, it was crucial since we work remotely I liked also common pool area with the bar, it was convenient just to come there and chill

Location is perfect! The coffee shop next door is excellent. A laundry and Circle K within meters of the villa too. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, spas and not too far from Seminyak Village. Big kitchen with everything you could ever want or need. A water cooler for drinking water. Bedrooms are huge with own bathrooms. The pool was fantastic and plenty of outdoor loungers. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful.
