From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen the right place to stay. The staff were friendly, informative and welcoming and I even had a birthday card and chocolate waiting in our room! The facilities in the rooms are outstanding! The location is outstanding! And safety and security is paramount with a locked gate to the property after 5pm, very welcome giving its location in such a busy area.

The customer experience in this hotel is incredible ! Check-in was very smooth, luggage were brought to our rooms. The staff is very friendly ans helpful with any requests. Everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was hearty and very tasty. The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood of Dublin. The city centre is easily accessible by public transport, but if you feel like walking it won't take more than half an hour to get to the heart of the Irish capital. I highly recommend it.
