I recently stayed at for to attend a wedding function, and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They even went the extra mile to provide local tips and recommendations, which enhanced my experience. A rural home stay in the heart of a village. Very quiet, beautiful and serene. Valentine was the most hospitable host and served us delicious Keralan cuisine. Highly recommend the boat tour surrounded by nature and wildlife. Would stay again!

Kannan and his family are simply delightful, taking a personal interest in every guest. It's still a new venture, so as yet there's no sign out on the road, and you will have to call for final directions when you arrive at thenearestintersection. But they are kind and gracious, in addition to which they serve delicious meals (which is helpful because dining options in the immediate vicinity are limited). Also, the location is somewhat remote, which is a significant plus if you want to avoid tourist areas and experience the life of ordinary Indians on the Malabar Coast.
