The owner was very easy to chat with and responded to messages quickly. He met us at the ferry and helped with our baggage and dropped us at the ferry when we left. We loved Lipari and would love to come back.

Bartello picked me up and dropped me to the ferry and was very generous with his recommendations of local places of interests. The accomodation was situated in area accessible to all local facilities, public transport and the port. It's a 2 minute walk to a small area to swim and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. Balcony furniture was available with a lovely manicured garden. A great host who is also ensuring the turtle population is maintained in Lipara😊

The communication with the host was very smooth. He picked us up at the port and gave us a lift back for no extra charge. The room and balcony was spacious, clean and at a very good standard. The breakfast was really tasteful served by smiling lady in the glazed gazebo with a magic view.
