    Our Milan excursion was almost a dream come true. Initially, the hotel's facade exuded the charm of a typical 4-star establishment, with its modern lobby promising a delightful stay. However, reality struck hard upon entering our assigned room. Mold marred the walls, carpets were grimy, and the bathroom fixtures were corroded beyond recognition. Disheartened, we sought refuge at the reception, where swift action saw us relocated to another room. (Take a look at the attached pictures)

    Great hotel, we booked in the afternoon whilst stuck in traffic passing through Switzerland. The hotel were able to accommodate us with 2 kids and a dog with very little notice. It's in a great location for those of us passing through onto southern Italy but for those visiting Milan they also have a free shuttle to the station. Dinner and breakfast was great and kids loved the massive beds 😊 will stay again

    Very pleasant and helpful staff, both at reception and at breakfast. Nice comfortable and quiet room with pleasant view over a meadow. Excellent breakfast - one of the best I've had in Italy, the usual sweet things supplemented by savoury. Very pet friendly. Efficient parking, once you work it out.
