The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season.     First the location, not too far from the highway and not too close so there was almost no noise while being so convenient for a road trip traveller. The room was clean and comfortable. It was one of a few hotel I stayed in Italy that had an AC which was willing to provide heating in June. The best value for money so far. Highly recommend if you’re on a road trip and want a place to stay on the road.

    Everything was simply perfect. Staff, room, location, welcome, food was out of this world, a real taste of reggio emilia in Umbria, like nonna would do. Personal attentive service, typical Italian experience, cannot fault 1 part of the whole trip. Exceptional in every way. It is just such a good place and we will always come back.
