We loved our stay at beautiful, historic Villa Dell’Annunziata and enjoyed talking to our courteous and very helpful hosts. Our first floor bedroom had a delightful frescoed ceiling and a splendid view over the surrounding countryside, while being equipped with a beautiful, modern en suite bathroom, so the best of both worlds. Our excellent breakfast was served in a fascinating room full of interesting old artefacts and curiosities. The grounds are extensive with beautiful vegetation and historic features such as an old sun dial. Rieti, capital of the Province, is easy to reach in 10 minutes by car and has plenty of cafés, restaurants, shopping streets and historic buildings to admire before returning to the peaceful villa. We will certainly return and it’s helpful to know our family dog is also welcome here.

Beautiful, clean, spacious accommodation right in the heart of Rieti. Great location and easy to locate. Very charming, with everything you need and it even has a beautiful terrace with lovely views of the mountains. The most amazing place living in a barrel with plenty of space. Had a wine gourmet experience where we were showed and told about their wine production and afterwards tried 7 of their wine with a big dinner. Extremely high value for money! The man showing us around and presenting the wine and dinner was very good at english and obviously knew a lot about wine and wine production. One of the best tours we have tried. Wonderful breakfast too served by the barrel. Beautiful area for a walk.

After spending several months traveling around Italy, I can confidently say that Ostello del Cammino di Francesco in Rivodutri is the best hostel I've stayed in. It's brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, everything a traveler could wish for and more. The host is amazing: genuinely kind, always smiling, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. He even offers a free shuttle from Rieti to the hostel and was constantly checking if I wanted a ride to explore the area. Thanks to him, I discovered the beauty of Rivodutri , a small village full of charm, surrounded by nature and fresh air that people from all over the world come to experience for its therapeutic benefits. The beds are new and very comfortable, with free towels provided, and the whole place is incredibly quiet and peaceful perfect for resting. Just a short walk away, you'll find a well-stocked grocery store and a local bar with everything you need at budget-friendly prices, always served with a smile. Rivodutri has truly been the most beautiful place I've visited in years of traveling the world. The combination of natural beauty, friendly locals, and the care offered by the host made this an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a special, authentic, and rejuvenating experience in Italy.

The property was immaculate, had good facilities, including a washing machine. Internet facilities worked well, and Leonardo was very helpful when I needed to stay an extra day due to the train strike. Supermarket facilities were couple of minutes’ walk away as was the train station.
