Opened in december 2024 so really a new and nice hotel. Not many guests so we felt like staff have decided to spend all fokus and energy on the few guests, so we felt really good and received great service from all staff. From check inn and the hole stay. Spa is also an ok option, at just 19 euro for 2,5 hour its actually cheap. Pool is partly heated, tempered.. in nice weather the roof Pool arear is great. Access easy by elevator from parking arear.

    Beautiful characterful property in a wonderful location. The owners were a delightful couple who went out of their way to make our stay special and personal; they were always on hand with help and advice but never intrusive. Our room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was superb: a marvellous selection of local produce and homemade cakes and jams. Highly recommended - we would love to go back to this lovely, unspoilt area of Italy and stay again at the Casa Visnenza.

    What a great find. The location is excellent, close to everything but just out of the way to allow for some privacy. The room had great views and allowed for a great view down the valley. Our hosts were personable, and wanted to make sure we were able to enjoy our stay. Breakfast even included homemade breads and preserves. They translated for us as needed and helped arrange our guide, also providing great options for local restaurants. This place is a gem.

    Located at entry point to the Alps. Located in quite area of Capo di Ponte, by car accesible and good to do by foot a bit far from commercial area. Great breakfast, friendly staff.
