We stayed at this site for one night while returning home from our distant vacation. The room was very comfortable and I highly appreciated comfortable bed and pillows (not usual at other sites). The site is beautifully decorated and you can see that the owner pays special attention to all details - room (has additional blankets and pillows) and shared kitchen have everything you might need. There is a big dinning area, and cozy living room. Room was spacious and had TV; mosquito nets highly appreciated. There is a shared space outside with garden table, seating area and deck chairs. Stairs to our room were rather steep but it was ok for us. The site is tranquill. Parking is spacious.

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)

One of the nicest place we stayed in Italy. Owner and service was very nice. Room was spacious and clean. Garden and wine yard was beautiful as also pool area. They offer great dinner service with great wine sitting overlooking the garden. Would stay here again next time.

    Huge pool in great condition. Really private location for swimming and well maintained pool. Grounds are vast so lots of space for children to play and explore. The villa was very spacious and had everything we needed. Good amount of hot water for showers and lots of crockery / cutlery etc for cooking and dining at the villa. Super easy and quick drive from Pisa airport with at least two brilliant restaurants within a 5 minute drive (one is a 25 min walk with children).

    We had a very pleasant stay and a wonderfully warm welcome. The scenery within the quiet location really adds up to holiday feeling. Even though it's located a bit away from sightseeing spots the travel time doesn't take you too long to reach nice cities, beaches or archeological sites. Breakfast was a delight and especially our kids really enjoyed the local food. All in all, we felt very welcome and it's definitely an option to come back to.
