Having been given a self-check-in guide in advance, we said, "We rented a car at Rome Airport and drove 3 1/2 hours nonstop, arriving at 1:30 a.m. We left the gate open so we could park our car and the room key was plugged into the door. Thanks to you, "I was able to fall asleep when I came back to the hotel without any worries." "Thank you Sarah~^^ I really want to go again next time I visit." Staying at this villa was quite the experience. We didn't want to be in Pisa, but close by in a rural area. This residence fit the bill perfectly. There were two parties going on in the courtyard and it was so much fun to see all the party goers dancing and enjoying the music and food.

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)

Central location for access to the Fi-Pi - Li Strada Regionale which connects to Florence, Pisa , Livorno and beyond . Also , to the many beautiful uncrowded Tuscan hill top towns & countryside where every place is a picture postcard of La Bella Vita, and the local people are proud of their history . We visited Casciana Terme Spa which is stunning , enjoyed the local gelato & pizza and had coffee & drinks in the village piazza. Our hosts , Viviana & Fabio were welcoming & such lovely people . They were both accessible and respectful of your privacy . The house was so fresh, clean & modern , every facility was available to us . It was a pleasure to stay there. We would highly recommend the accommodation to everyone. It has everything you could need . Beds , furniture , towels and linen were top quality. Garden and outside space with car parking were wonderful. We will be returning !

    The location is off the main roads, secluded in a beautiful area. The views are fantastic, and the hosts very welcoming. There is a common area with tables and a barbecue pit for the guests to use.

    Beautiful private shady outside patio whisteria pergola. Lovely plants & trees. Friendly but not invasive visits hello from the gentle dogs and cats. Lovely to be able to wander around and see many horses in their padocks and Ugo the pig-boar. Privacy and peace. Great sized pool perfectly tended with lovely greenery & no time limits. Welcoming oasis. This clean farm-house style accomodation is great to just chill with your own drinks, books and company. We had two of the appartments which worked perfectly for 6 of us.

    Tomasso and his dad are absolutely lovely and helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and they have gorgeous horses. (Be aware that their electric fence DOES work if you're leaning in for photos....LOL) There is a very friendly cat and three well cared for dogs - always a good sign of humans right?? And a fascinating ancient piano.The bed while not the "poshest" was comfy and we had 4 good nights sleep there. The aircon, when it worked, was quiet and efficient. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay.
