    Amazing hotel, beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, good breakfast and dog friendly (dog bed, bowl and great info leaflet shared via email on what to do with your dog / offer of a pet sitter and vet if needed). I have to add I loved seeing the starling murmurations from the room window but that was just chance!

    I loved this hotel a lot. There were few distinguishing points about it: 1/ fantastic staff taking care of the parking. you handle the car’s keys and they do the magic. it’s priceless in Italy. 2/ rooftop jacuzzi: again fantastic staff advised to book it for sunset and it was simply gorgeous. we traveled with my mom and aunt and they felt they are in a movie. it was amazing. 3/ pet friendly: my dog Vanilka felt at home there; 4/ fantastic location. we enjoyed our stay a lot.     centrally located hotel with stunning rooftop and great staff, ready to help at all times. absolutely pet friendly which for me and my furry companion was very important. Nice common area to enjoy after a long day of walking. Good breakfast with solid variety of dishes and slight changes from day to day. The room wasn’t big but was comfy and had a view of Palazzo Veccio.
