This is the best 4 star hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room (and adjoining bathroom) was extremely spacious and clean, and the mattress though a bit hard, was very comfortable. The service and attention to our needs was outstanding, and what made staying here a really great experience. As an example, both of us have a very severe gluten intolerance. The hotel offered us many gluten-free options for breakfast, as well as a good variety of buffet options that were naturally gluten free. We also really liked the food at the on-site restaurant, and ate dinner there twice. The hotel also offers many different kinds of public transport tickets to purchase at the reception, as well as advice on how to best get to your intended destination. They will also call taxis for you, and have a wonderful airport taxi pick-up service they can arrange upon request for your arrival. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in Venice again!

Very spatious and modern appartment, confortably furnished, kitchen fully functional. 3 minutes to the bus, and 20 minutes travel by bus and the funny tramway with only one single rail to the heart of Venice. The host Giuseppe gave us very good indications for our stay in Venice. All in all: very good place to be, we will for sure come back.

I only stayed at QUEEN HOME ISABELLA for one day, but I truly wish I could have stayed longer. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and carries so much of the authentic Venetian charm. Every detail of the aesthetic feels thoughtful and elegant, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Venice. The location is excellent as well — well connected and convenient for exploring the city. Whether you’re here for a short trip or a longer stay, this home makes you feel comfortable right away.
