Really good breakfast, extra friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and nicely done. The location is great and easy to find. They enable cheap parking, and they were really friendly to allow us leave the car a couple of hours more than the checkout. Recommend!

Very friendly staff at the reception, warm welcome. Very clean and comfortable room, beautiful hotel. The railway station is in two minutes distance by foot. There is a train in every 10 minutes to venice, travelling time is 10 minutes to Santa Lucia R.S. in Venice. The parking place is in the next building, parking lots are big not to small like in other Italian garages.

    It is a charming rustical Italian villa. If you are looking for a relaxed place with friendly staff, this is a great place to stay. They are very dog-friendly and we felt very welcomed and comfortable there. I would recommend it and I plan to come again. They have spacious parking and it's very easy to travel around everywhere from this location. They have a great transfer to Venice as well. Very clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent (dinner).

    Nicely located in a corn field. Less than 10 mints walk to the Mestre Ospedale train station. We traveled with our dog and everyone was very pet-friendly. There is also a restaurant on site next to the pool which serves amazing food, you will just need a reservation beforehand.
