Our family had an unforgettable stay at Nikis Resort in June 2023. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a truly breathtaking setting. Nestled amidst picturesque surroundings, Nikis Resort offers a serene and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The natural beauty of the resort's location left us in awe, with stunning views that created a sense of peace and relaxation. The accommodations at Nikis Resort were nothing short of exceptional. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided all the comforts we could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was remarkable, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our family. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The swimming pool area was a favorite spot for us where we spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the sun loungers provided. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delectable dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our dining experience was always memorable. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout our stay. The staff at Nikis Resort went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. Additionally, the resort offers various activities and excursions, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Everything, I loved the place from the minute i drove up to it. It looks better than the pictures, especially in the evenings. The bed is comfy, the staff, I cant really call them staff cos they are part of the place, owners, protectors almost, absolutely top class. The restaurant was the best we visited during our week stay and returned often. We highly recommend all the menu as we tried more or less everything. The garden is a dream, you just need to experience it.

The property exceeded our expectations. You’ve got everything you need, and only a short drive from Umbertide where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The terrace was amazing, the sun rises on one side (bedroom window side), and sets on the other side. There’s a bbq outside, which I wish I had time to use. Kitchen facilities, ironing, washing machine etc. you name it and it’s there. Paolo was great. Private parking space was really helpful. If you need a place in Umbertide, don’t think twice, just book here. If I ever come back to Umbertide then I would have to come back here, no questions.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel was pleasant with good bedroom and shower. Breakfast had a wide range of options. Location is more rural so depends on what your needs are, but worth checking public transport options if you don't have a car.

The room, if a little bare, was super clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for the centre of Umbertide. We thought that a couple of glasses could have been supplied. The coffee machine and fridge were in a shared area with another room, so that on our last morning the coffee machine was blocked with used coffee capsules.
