I stayed at Cascina Domina while hiking the Via Francigena. The place is wonderful - exceptionally beautiful and welcoming. My hostess was very warm, hospitable and helpful, and my room was very large, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for my purposes. The dinner at night was terrific, as was breakfast the following morning. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t recommend more visiting Rocca di Arignano! If you are looking for the traditional/rustic/romantic Italian ultimate experience, this is it! - the Castle is incredibly well renovated (and with great taste) - The staff is amazing. Really kind and always there to help! Shout out to Giulia and the guy serving Breakfast and Aperittivo (we forgot to ask his name). - The food is out of this world. We actually didn’t had the chance to try the restaurant dinner since the restaurant is now closed for refurbishment. But don’t worry about this, the hotel serves Aperittivos big enough to replace dinner! - the surroundings are incredible. Tipical italian village. Bring your trail shoes to explore everything!

Casalborgone is amazing. Nonna Piera is a wonderful host, it was like going home. Friendly, helpful, attentive and very kind. The surroundings, the air, the scenery: breathtaking. Maria Teresa and her son are wonderful hosts who speak very good French. They made me and my dog feel at home right away. The house is absolutely beautiful, very well restored, and comfortable. I can only recommend you stay there!
