A must stop for any architecture/antique lover. Truly one of a kind type of accommodation. We stayed longer after the check out just to talk to the owner - who was kind enough to show us around the property . Really hard to put the vibe of this place Into words..

An easy to find, secluded little spot. Our little dwelling had all we needed and it was very nice to find unexpected extras like the basket of breakfast goodies (plus things in the fridge) and a coffee machine. Our host was helpful and accommodating which was appreciated.

I liked everything. I am so much impressed with everything. The host, the house. If I could I would give 15 in scale 1 to 10. I was a bit in dilemma should I reserve this accommodation since it was cheapest in Italy during my stay. The rating was high but expectation was low. However, everything in the city and accommodation was perfect. Much much better then most I visited in Italy. Nice small town with all what was needed. There are places for eat and coffee. The house is perfect. Nice location, nice inside. Cold in the very hot day. Naturally. Amazing. The breakfast in the near by café in the center is also, very nice from the host. With all this included, I am really in question how is this economically feasible.

Nice surroundings around the area. Possibilities of taking nice walks. Nice with animals around including St Bernard dog, wildboars, lizards, sleeping mouses etc. Also a beautiful waterfall on the area. We really felt we were out in the nature. Employees very friendly and service minded. The interior of the house was beautiful. Felt authentically Italian.

    We stayed two nights and could have happily stayed longer! The hosts are lovely and the house is on a beautiful block of land. Breakfast was delicious and an absolute highlight. We sat out in the shade under trees on the property all day to read our books. The garden is lovely and there are so many adorable dogs and cats around. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were able to train/bus here from Florence with only a short walk and it was very easy to travel on to Rome by train. A perfect break from the cities!

    The lovely setting and comfortable, spacious apartment. Full of cats and dogs ( outside) and pet friendly. A huge plus for us. Kind, hospitable owner. Close to main motorway so perfect for an overnight stop or short term accommodation if visiting the 'Tuscia' area around Viterbo.

    A really one-of-a-kind place, perfect for those who love historic houses in all their ramshackle and faded glory. The apartment was vast and incredibly unique, with a humungous terrace and comfortable beds in every room. The property was full of beautiful gardens, with a quaint chapel and crumbling outbuildings to explore and plenty of dogs and cats to befriend. The host was very sweet and the breakfast she provided absolutely delicious. Would love to return in the spring or autumn to see it in its full glory.

    Maddalena and her family were so nice and welcoming. Always at our assistance whenever we needed something. Our vegan breakfast were so delicious too, she even made us a vegan pastry.
