Beautiful, peaceful location away from the crowds. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Made to feel very welcome and a great breakfast which set us up well for a day’s hike.

Fabulous facilities, food was wonderful, amazing value for money and the staff were really helpful, every request was met with a smile. The scenery was incredible and the location was just stunning. I would highly recommend we loved our stay and will return when next in the area.

This hotel is located in the city center, 3 minutes walk to the main square. Modern room, which has everything you need. Very comfortable mattress, pillow. You fall asleep instantly. We were pleasantly surprised that there is a mini breakfast area on the upper floor, where you can drink free coffee, and use the microwave, get clean drinking water. And if necessary, buy a bottle of wine. The room is cleaned every day, which is also very nice. There is feedback with the administrator or the owner of the hotel. All issues that arise are resolved instantly. The hotel administration provides an electronic city card, with which we could travel for free on public transport and also to other nearby cities. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Amazing apartment, clean, comfortable, very well located, has all needed amenities, bathroom is huge, beds are comfortable, communication with the owner was quick and online, online check-in. I wish we could stay more, so next time in Trento, I will book this place.

Excellent hotel. We arrived late at night after the reception was closed. They had arranged us access to the hotel and to our room. Very good bed and EXCELLENT breakfast. Their cappucino was best I had during our vacation in Dolomites.

Close to both the train station and the historical centre. Beautiful hotel with large rooms and high quality decor. Really good breakfast with juice station, waffle maker and everything you might want. We even received a free room upgrade which was great since it was the last night of our holiday which ended on a high.

    Good location of the apartment, near the cable car. Free parking next to the building, with extra charge parking under the roof. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. The heating works constantly, it was even too hot. In the studio apartment we had a separate room for storing ski equipment. It was warm enough to dry all the clothes and ski equipment quickly.

    Great location and views from the room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was top notch. (Non of the US hotels including upscale ones we stayed at, would come anywhere close to the breakfast quality and variety. It's a shocking contrast). The interior of the hotel had several very cool areas. Well designed interior of hotel hallways and common areas. It was a little challenging to navigate through at the begining - to find the room, etc. But after a while we've learned our ways around.

    The location is stunning, and the rooms were very comfortable, with a balcony and fabulous view. The pool is small, but the spa is great and was a nice extra. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, lots of choice.
