We really liked the hotel, especially the hostess and her delicious dishes. The house is cozy and has a homely atmosphere. The hostess prepared a custom dinner for us, and everything was very tasty. The breakfast was hearty and very appetizing. The room we were given was clean and bright, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the windows. My family and I will definitely return to this house.

A truly wonderful place surrounded by nature. A stream flows right in front of the property, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Evergreen Guesthouse in Karakol was honestly one of the best places I have stayed during my numerous travels. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming—just one of those people who makes you feel right at home straight away. The free breakfast was amazing, super fresh and filling, and way better than I expected. It was a treat to eat three different home-made jams with Russian pancakes. Plus, I was also able to do my laundry for free, which was such a nice surprise and super helpful after being on the road for a while. Just a really cozy, thoughtful place with great vibes all around. And if you like cats then you are for a treat. They are super friendly and wonderful around kids.

This property was well located, with restaurants, cafes and interesting sites all within walking distance. We loved our hosts Sergei, Ljuba and Bella, who made us feel very welcome - and with a bit of Google Translate to help us with our Russian, they made us feel totally at home. Our room with private bathroom was quirky, comfortable and clean, and perfect for our needs while visiting Karakol.
