Great place to stay if you want a more quiet place outside of Galle (20 mins by tuktuk). Super close to the beach and nice restaurants. The room, bathroom and garden are spacious. The family was really welcoming and helpful when we needed help!

If your destination is Galle, then look no further; this is the perfect place to stay. Just a brief 5-minute bus ride from Galle Railway Station, it offers unparalleled convenience. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family, warmly welcomed and cared for. The breakfast spread was a highlight of our 15-day journey through Sri Lanka, featuring an array of delicious offerings including fruit, coconut sweet rolls, pancakes, toast, eggs, fresh juice, noodles, and fried vegetables, all enjoyed against a backdrop of stunning beach and sea views. Opting for dinner was a decision we didn't regret; the noodles and rice curry were simply outstanding. With direct access to the beach, guests can relax, swim, and witness breathtaking sunsets framed by swaying coconut trees. For the ultimate experience, I highly recommend selecting a room with a beach view. The spacious, comfortable bed, amenities like a fridge, and excellent bathroom facilities exceeded our expectations. If I find myself in Galle again, this will undoubtedly be my top choice for accommodation. Your genuine smile and the heartfelt hug you shared with us as we departed will forever remain etched in our memories. I am very happy with my stay in this place! The best hostel in Sri Lanka. The location is beautiful, not noisy, there are a lot of trees around, you can see mongooses, the owner of the villa can show you monkeys jumping on trees! There are enough sockets, a very clean place, mosquito nets, a good bathroom, there is a fan in the room and on the veranda. The owner of the villa is a wonderful person, he will always help you and tell you, he also treated me to local cuisine, it was very tasty). I planned to stay here for 3 nights, but ended up staying for more than a week! I will definitely return to this place again.

Absolutely everything! First up, the ambience! It has a unique aesthetic - very artistic. The puppets add a unique look and feel. They’ve designed and decorated the place very artistically. The rooms like something out of a fantasy - they look like rooms from a dollhouse! Very unique. Staying here was an experience in itself. Not to be missed if one is ever in Galle, Sri Lanka. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You get service with a smile! The staff makes sure that your stay is comfortable. Dimutu, the manager, even offered us a packed breakfast on the day we were to check out early. The kitchen is an open kitchen where one can see the meals being prepared. There is a water dispenser outside the rooms for the guests to use.
