A wonderful and comfortable hotel in a stunningly beautiful place on the lake. A spacious room with a balcony overlooking the lake and the sunrise. Delicious food and a pleasant stay. I felt attention and care throughout my stay. Next time I visit Sri Lanka I will definitely come to this wonderful hotel.

The property is set amongst a large farm, by a river, set back from the main road The pool was lovely and we were able to watch the birds & bats at sunset from the water and later see the fireflies over the lily pond! The hosts are very friendly, our first home stay experience and they even cooked an evening meal for us which was absolutely delicious - as was breakfast! Our first milk rice in Sri Lanka :) We unfortunately had to leave the following day due to our schedule and they helped us get our tuktuk going and helped me pick a few stones from our tyre tread :) We couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are passing through Kurunegala

I stayed overnight at this hotel and was very pleased. The room is comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food is prepared and served upon request at any time. The owner of the hotel Anju is friendly and caring, very pleasant to talk to and friendly. On my next trip to Sri Lanka, I will definitely come to this wonderful hotel.

Friendly and trusted staffs. They provided everything what we asked. Facilities are as per the details provided at the time of booking. Even though I paid extra day as check out time is 11am and I left the facility at 6pm, they refunded my extra day payment.

The hotel is located in a scenic location bordering a beautiful Paddy field. We were able to reach the place in 10 minutes from the Kurunegala Clock Tower. The tuktuk charged us two dollars for it. The staff welcomed us very warmly and prepared everything we needed. There is a restaurant serving Sri Lankan and Chinese food at affordable prices. They are very tasty. But a bit spicy. They charged us a very reasonable price for the bottle of wine we got at this restaurant, which had both local and foreign liquor. They also provided free laundry service, and they were kind enough not to charge us anything for morning tea. Although there are a few things that need to be improved, we are indebted to them for providing us with a fair and valuable accommodation for the money they charged us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful, nature-surrounded retreat and honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer. The entire experience was incredibly calming — nestled in the heart of nature, the serenity of the surroundings was just what we needed to unwind. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Sydney, the General Manager, Kasun the Butler, the Chef and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate my partner’s dietary restrictions, ensuring every meal was safe, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The food was outstanding, fresh, and full of flavour, easily some of the best we’ve had while travelling. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel incredibly supported and welcomed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed to blend in with the natural setting. We woke up to the sounds of birds and the rustling of trees — a rare and peaceful experience. What a beautiful quest house. It is set away from the busy main road and very peaceful. There is a restaurant, which we did not use, so I can't comment, but there was no noise, apart from some soft music,which was quite nice and chilled. The room was very clean, with clean bedding and towels. Staff were very helpful and Friendly. Loved this Lodge. I could have stayed longer just to enjoy the peacefulness. As we are travelling by bicycle, our bikes were very secure for the night.
