Beautiful and quiet location with lots of nature around. The villa was spotless and had all the amenities you could need. We had booked 1 villa and the owner was generous enough and gave us a 2nd villa for the night. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to relax

The host Buddhika is a very gracious host, we were able to see his tea fields and were welcomed in his house, he even made us homemade drinks and talked about the different kinds of plants in his garden. The pick up service was excellent and he helped us to get on the right bus. The two cottages are very beautiful, equipped with everything you need (best ac so far in Sri Lanka) and have a very peaceful view of the lake, in a short walking distance is a spot to swim. It’s near the street, which you can sometimes hear. Buddhika prepared very delicious dinners for us and provided everything we needed and more whilst being respectful of our privacy. We took a trip to sinharaja national park (1h by car and then 3-4hours in the park with a guide) for a very reasonable price and again Buddhikas service was exceptional! On the way to matara we wanted to buy some tea and he took us to his family’s factory and we got a free tour and an interesting tasting. All in all we had a great stay and a very peaceful and calming experience!

The villa is well laid out with all required facilities. It's clean and tidy. The owner was there to receive us and to handover the property. He is very plesent, friendly and corporative. We had full prevacy, comfort and all the freedom. The most liked pat was that the owner allowed our pet dog Labrador to stay with us. Our Labrador was the most enjoyed and thrilled out of all of us, as the dog enjoyed the garden freely by playing and jumping in to the pond in front of the property. The facilities are luxurious and entire property is equipped to satisfy our full expectations.

Hotel was super clean, nice and amazing locations. Lovely rooftop and pool area! Community/food area was super nice, too and the view is simply amazing! Staff & hosts were incredibly friendly and kind. Can recommend the coconut pancakes - YUM!

Secret House is a very modern and design hotel in Dickwella. The rooms are confortable, spacious and modern. Very well located near the Dickwella Beach and 15min walking to Hiriketiya beach. Amila and his family are super friendly and nice. He will do everything to make you feel confortable and help you for anything. We booked 2 nights, but we finally stayed 4 nights because we loved the place. Thank you for everything Amila! We will definitely come back.

I loved everything about the property, it was beautiful and close to the beach, clean with lots of facilities including a pool! the dorms were so nice, very private and comfortable!
