Houdaifa and Sahar the butlers were top workers never seen such amazing top service. Also Mrs. Maryam the manager at reception and Sabri did amazing work for us with giving what we asked for and with the payment. They asssisted as much as possible and did the impossible for us. As soon I stepped to the hotel, their service begun and hatiam. The receptionist provided a great service throughout my four days whatever I need to have requested he was there. I think the Hotel represents him as a great customer service provided and I’m going back again just because he works there.

Highly recommend a pleasant stay in this apartment! Me and my family found it hard to say goodbye to this place with beautiful mountain landscapes surrounding it. The residence is fully safe, even at night. We had our own parking place for our car. The apartment was clean, cosy and comfortable and family friendly! My family and I really loved our interactions with the landlady and si Mostapha, they were genuine and kind! I can't wait to go back.
