Wonderful Riad in a great location. I loved my stay here. My room was more spacious than I thought it would be, felt like a suite. Amazing decor everywhere, the whole place is just beautiful. Staff were also exceptional, really helpful and attentive. I also recommend the restaurant - I didn't feel like going out on my last night so I ate at the riad and was blown away by the quality of the food. Some of the best I've had in Morocco, I wish I'd eaten there on my first night too so I could have sampled more dishes.

This was our favourite place we stayed in our two weeks in Morocco!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful with absolutely anything you need. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and we loved the rooftop area!! 100% recommend this place and hope we can stay again one day!!

We were welcomed by a very friendly lady in almost the middle of the night. A super nice and spacious appartment. Very clean and everything we needed was there. The suburb of Marrakech was very quiet and everything is nearby such as shops, cafe's, restaurants. We loved it.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality by Audrey and Yassine, who run this beautiful riad with great care and attention to detail. The cleanliness of the riad is absolutely impeccable—our room was spotless, and the linens were changed daily, making our stay even more comfortable. The design is a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and refined elegance, both in the stunning courtyard and the beautifully curated interiors. Every corner of the riad exudes taste and tranquility. One of the highlights of our stay was the silence at night—a rare and precious luxury in the heart of the Medina. After a long day exploring the vibrant streets of Marrakech, returning to this peaceful haven was a true delight. The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared every morning by the incredibly kind and attentive ladies of the house. Everything was fresh and flavorful, though perhaps a couple of olives would make it even better! 😊 The hospitality extended beyond expectations—on our arrival, the gentleman at the reception kindly met us near the riad and even served us a late dinner, which was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend Riad Soulmate to anyone looking for an authentic yet serene experience in Marrakech. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Medina, yet offering an escape into tranquility.     Beautiful property, great breakfast and excellent customer service. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Loved all the animals on site; dogs, cats, donkeys, chickens, peacocks, turkeys etc. and you could easily spend your whole trip without leaving the grounds as it is such a pretty place to stay. There was no stress around getting taxis as the hotel has their own taxi service at a really reasonable price. It is a chilled out, peaceful and relaxing hotel. I would go back to Marrakech just to stay here again!

    Sparkling clean and perfectly located in the heart of the Medina in a quiet, yet very accessible alley. Most important of all, the staff was the highlight of the riad, they went above and beyond to take care of us (and all of the customers). Our deepest appreciation to Olivier and his staff. For those interested, the property is dog friendly, and they have excellent recommendations for restaurants, guides, tours, etc. (not the usual touristy stuff…)
