Completely unique and special experience! we booked a private luxury tent in the desert, We arrived by camel however you have the choice to go by 4WD. These are definitely luxury tents, they're more cabins as each suite has its own bathroom with piping hot water. The decor is incredibly beautiful with traditional Berber/Moroccan carpets, cushions and lights. It was such a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The highlight was definitely our hosts who sang traditional Berber music with drums around a campfire under the stars. The sunrise over the dunes was a memory we'll keep for our entire lives!

My first glamping experience did not disappoint! This luxury tented camp was absolutely beautiful! The tent was so comfortable, and beautifully decorated — with everything you need including full bathroom, electricity, and hot water. The view from my tent was absolutely breathtaking. The food delicious. Highlights included: super kind staff, a tea and cookie welcome after our camel ride at sunset, special music for our birthday dinner, drumming by the fire at night, stargazing and sunrise views. It’s also a bit more secluded than the other nearby camps. I can’t recommend this enough.

A Dream Stay at Aurum Dunes Luxury Camp! I recently had the most unforgettable experience at Aurum Dunes Luxury Camp in Merzouga, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond exceptional—the staff welcomed us like family, offering traditional Moroccan tea as we took in the breathtaking views of the golden dunes. The tents were pure luxury—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end retreat. Waking up to the sunrise over the dunes was truly magical, and the tranquility of the desert made it feel like a dream. But the highlight of our stay? The off-road ITV adventure! Riding across the dunes in a powerful buggy was an absolute adrenaline rush. The guide was experienced and ensured we had a thrilling yet safe ride, making it one of the best experiences of my life! Evenings at the camp were just as special—delicious traditional food, live Berber music under the stars, and a cozy campfire where we shared stories with fellow travelers. Everything about Aurum Dunes felt authentic, warm, and incredibly well-organized. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of luxury, adventure, and true Moroccan hospitality, this is the place to be. We were picked up from Merzouga and taken on a short, quiet camel ride through the dunes. The tent had everything we needed: warm water, private toilet, even towels and soap. Dinner was generous and full of flavor. Staff were respectful and knew when to check in without disturbing us.

My desert camp experience was truly unforgettable, made even more special by the incredible quad biking and jeep tour with Mohamed. The adventure started with the thrilling quad ride across the dunes, which was an absolute highlight – the rush of speed and the stunning desert landscape made it a memorable experience. The jeep tour with Mohamed was equally amazing, as he expertly navigated the rugged terrain, giving us a deeper understanding of the desert's beauty and history. Mohamed was an excellent guide, friendly and knowledgeable, and he made sure we felt safe while also providing a fun, exciting adventure. The camp itself was cozy and comfortable, with beautiful tents and great hospitality. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere under the stars made for a perfect end to a day full of adventure. This experience truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thrilling yet serene desert getaway

    Breakfast was good. And dinner was delicious, but it costs 30 euros for 2 persons what is definitely overpriced compared to the rest of Morocco. But since you're in the middle of the desert you don't have much choice so you either take it or you starve. The location was great, right next to the dunes ant the camp itself is lovely with a fire place, carpets and plants.

    we saw a lot of camps while driving through the desert and we were glad we booked this one as it is one of the nicest! the location is amazing as it is inside the desert and not next to the road and hotels right outside. The food was delicious and they catered always different vegetarian meals for dinner so it never got repetitive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The tents are beautiful, clean and spacious. We stayed in winter so in the evening at night it got very cold but the blankets were very warm and comfy.

    A great experience overall. Very well organised. The jeep transport to the camp is included (the driver put on an extra effort to make it also a very cool experience), the camels cost extra 20 euro pro person for 2 hours on a private tour with a stop at a sand dune to view the sunset. Amazing how much comfort you can get in the dessert. Even had an usb port. The bed was really huge! The dinner was really great. They had a cute cat and a cute dog!

    Great little sahara camp, beds we’re comfortable and staff were really great. Bonus is it is pet friendly. The owner is really accommodating. The dinner and breakfast were great. We took the quad sunset and sunrise camel tours, both were amazing. Many insta worthy photo spots in the camp.
