We loved the guest house, very unique, well decorated, comfortable and quiet. Also it is perfectly situated in the Kasbah so you can enjoy the atmosphere of Ait Ben Haddou in the early morning or late afternoon avoiding the busy time when all tourists are visiting the Kasbah. As always in Morocco the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, we didn't had dinner but if you decide to have, let them know one day in advance.

This place was magical, I really wish we could’ve stayed here longer! The host is amazing, he made sure we had everything we needed and the best of all - he is an excellent cook! So make sure you stay here for dinner too :) I loved all the small details this place had, it was clean, it had great rooftop terrace - overall excellent and very cosy stay. Thank you very much! Everything was perfect! From start to finish. Mohamed arranged everything he is awesome. Transportation at correct prices. He has a great family and is a superb cook. The kasbah is one of the few authentic places left. Candlelights everywhere. Beautifull and clean place. Its like staying in a movie. Just perfect.

This was my favourite place in my entire Morocco trip! Mr Lahcen is genuinely kind and generous. I informed him of my arrival time (night) and he was waiting for me, greeted with a lovely pot of delicious tea and peanuts and even orange juice. The breakfast was the best I had, delicious Berber omelette with lots of espresso coffee! The room is really amazing, so so comfy, beds and blankets are soft and warm, super clean, nice bathroom and hot shower but best of all was the balcony and terraces, the view of the valley is so beautiful with the stars and the moon and the sound of the river. I loved it here, I will return!

We are cycle touring and this was a perfect stay for us. Our tandem was stored inside securely and we were so well looked after by Ibrahim and his family. We also enjoyed meeting other cycle tourers here. We arrived nice and early as we're cycling the Tichka pass in small steps, and so Ibrahim walked us round his village explaining the Amazigh way of life. We had a fascinating afternoon learning about the culture, the effects of climate change, the coming of electricity and the history of the village. Ibrahim and his wife cooked a delicious traditional meal for us (the best we've eaten so far in our 25 days in morocco) and we were able to sit on the terrace looking out over the valley. We recommend this to anyone who wants to be part of an Amazigh village for a night while having all the comforts of an auberge.
