I recently stayed at Urban Tower Apartment and was truly impressed. The apartment is brand new, modern, and beautifully decorated with a clean, stylish touch. I stayed at this place for one night and had a good impression — I recommend it. It's not a hotel, but a regular apartment. As far as I understand, the host lives in the same building. We got in touch in advance, and I stayed connected with the host via WhatsApp. It wasn’t hard to find the building in the city center, but without Google Maps, it would have been tricky, so make sure to sort out your connectivity in advance. The place was clean and more spacious compared to standard hotel rooms. Payment is cash only, but there’s a whole street with exchange offices nearby.

Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality! 😍The apartment is a room and bathroom. The apartment is warm, clean, and cozy. The room has its own hairdryer, iron, small refrigerator. The shared living room and kitchen are bright and comfortable. There is even a washing machine. We arrived at 9 p.m. The host and hostess met us, showed us everything and explained. They welcomed us very warmly and helped us with everything.

As soon as you step in you feel extremelly welcomed; not just an other guest, but part of the "Family" The staff and the owner speak a great English; they are very attentive and thoughtful, but does not invade your space and respects the privacy and the needs of the guests! As soon as you wake up, breakfast is served in the common room, everything is there for the comfort of the guests. We did not have any Problem using a shared toilet, the toilet itself was allways clean, at least 3 times per day, and the waste bin never overloaded with rubbish. The guest house gives to you the possibility ofgives the possibility of using your own kitchen, there is also a laundry service at an extra price. In general the communication before our arrival was very efficient, they answered to our million of questions, helping us to organize tours outside the city as they offer an excursion service. The location is really central and gives you the possibility reaching the City Center in few minutes! I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE, also if you are travelling with children, WELL DONE GUYS. Hopefully we will come back to Mongolia
