This hotel is so amazing!!!! What I liked most about this property is how luxurious and homely it feels. From the moment you arrive the staff are so lovely and attentive the entire time. The place is decorated so beautifully you just want to take photos everywhere you go. The pool in the room is a once in a lifetime experience. The food at the restaurant was perfect and there is a cute boutique at the front. The hotel itself is really perfect and adds to the bohemian experience of being in Tulum.

its away from busy tulum beach / hotel area but only 10 mins drive. we stayed at una vida, but full access to all Bardos facilities and experiences such as yoga and the temazcal, which was out of this world experience. our shaman emilio was amazing and we are greatful for the experience we had. before even arriving to the hotel, we were contacted easily via WhatsApp to make our stay the best, incl ATV booking, transfer from airport etc. we were met by the best staff we could imagine, Jonathan, Julian and Priscila 🙏🏼❤️ Thanks to them for making our stay unforgettable. also at the breakfast we had the pleasure of being served by Alan and Leonardo who was fun and had our back every morning and drinks at the pool 🙏🏼 we are both well travelled and this is absolutely one pearl not to miss out on for couples.

The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

I absolutely loved my stay at Otonomus Tulum. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the noise. The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly (great for remote work), and having a private pool was a huge bonus. The host was amazing—always available, kind, and full of great recommendations to explore the area. If you're looking for a stylish and quiet place with great value, Otonomus is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic rooftop with a small pool to cool off, we spent time up there every day. Aircon works well, water pressure is decent. Has an iron/ironing board plus a good sized fridge. Wifi is good and bed was super comfy. Theres also two small balconies either side with bikes to use. Would definitely stay again
