Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Piha

We loved the location, direction of things to do while in Piha and the wonderful little touches to make our stay feel homey.

Perfect little stay for one or two people in an ideal location. The property was immaculate, very well thought out and had everything you need. Some lovely walks in the area and good reccomendations from the owners.

Located in a beautiful setting, lush and green, flowers, nice hikes right out the door. You can walk down to Piha beach from there, but there isn’t a pedestrian path, and roads are narrow. The roads are still being repaired from storm damage over the past year. The kitchen and eating areas are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to meet your fellow travelers; there is a lot of outside seating as well. Our room was very clean and comfortable; the shared bathrooms were also very nice. I’d go back there in a minute!

Good location with a couple of nice walks and waterfalls within a few minutes. Also 15/20 mins walk down to the main beach. Accommodation is lovely with nice garden, kitchen, living room areas. Welcoming host and friendly resident dog.

Literally the best hostel you can get. Feels like a home to be there. Super clean, nice people, very cosy living room, huge garden with a river, a cat and a dog playing with you. Just amazing
