The location of the hotel is quite good. Close to some restaurants, coffee shops, and the Carrefour (where you can find other restaurants in the food court). It is also close to the bus stop (Mwasalat) to go to the airport and to the Al Mouj pier. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the wifi signal ok. They changed towels and cleaned the room after first night, hich I did not expect. My room was overlooking the big road, but I slept well. Everything was clean. Fridge, kettle, with coffee and tea, and water bottles available in the room. They will add new tea bags and water bottles the second day. Very satisfied.

Amir was a fantastic host and he was helpful and gave me good tips and recommendations on whatever I asked him for. I came there two times and both times was a fantastic experience. The host was exceptional, the place was very clean, and as soon as you walk in there's always that spell of freshness, the place is always maintained. The kitchen space had everything you needed if you wanted to cook, from an oven to a blender. The beds were so nice and comfortable if there was anything you needed the host would be there for you, if I were to be a lone traveller in Muscat again, I would revisit.
