I am so happy booking suggested this accommodation because I had such a beautiful time there. the view and the room is just perfect, at night from the balcony you have incredible sky, the family was so lovely and welcoming, always kind, I had different delicious breakfast every morning and even pancakes which I really missed! I booked for two nights and ended up staying four and could’ve stayed longer. I am really grateful for my time there, don’t hesitate to book if you feel tempted to go there.

Good location and experience: they come to pick you up at the Kalapajra port with the boat and then they bring you back there. Dinner is served in the room. Amazing view. Super nice family.

We enjoyed everything, Wilson & Elisabeth, their children + puppy were so lovely. Food was delicious & nutritious. Bed was super comfortable with lots of blankets, hot water bottles + a heater (didn't need it) to keep us warm.

Carlos was an exceptional host. He was very informative about the floating islands and lifestyle of the community as he transferred us to the accommodation. Henry and Mariluz are amazing hosts. Their house is very confortable with a nice view of the lake. The food is delicious and is cooked by the family using vegetables harvested from their own garden. On June is the best time of the year to see the stars and the Milky Way. The view is marvellous!! If you arrive by your own, ask for the guest house of Henry at the Inkatiana comunity because google maps does not work in the island. Also is good to know that the ferries to the island depart once a day at 7:30am from Puno's main port.
