The hostel was very clean, bed was comfortable and I felt really safe. The staff was super nice. There are some areas where you can work and also chill. They had some activities during my stay, eg. movie night and karaoke. Totally recommend!

It’s simple as the local folks of the island! The place is so quiet and near to some hang outs or a walk in the night along the coast of the beaches! The apartment is simple but very clean and quiet in the night. Jane the hotel/apartment manager is exceptionally hospitable and very helpful all her recommendations for panoramic sightseeing and for the beaches around to visit were all worth to see! What a beautiful resort. I travelled here with my Filipina wife and we loved every minute. We rented a beachfront villa with orivate pool - so lovely. The room was huge and just such a lovely place to sleep in. The restaurant and staff were excellent.

It is the perfect getaway spot. Clean, cozy, quiet. Samantha (the host) is very nice and hospitable. Home cooked meals. Decent prices. Warm water for shower. Clean beds. Yes, there are ants and mosquitos, but remember, you're at the tropics (just bring some "Off" and an ant spray). For the price you pay, no complaints. And again, the hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Give this place a try, you won't regret it.

The hostel owner guided me, and she's very accommodating in all my inquiries. I got clear directions on how to get there, and the best thing that I like is the owner upgraded my room accommodation without extra charges. The place is so peaceful during the night, away from noises. The location is very close to cheap restaurants, and atm machine is accessible, which is just 2 blocks walking distance, with 2 ATM machines to choose. Two hundred meters away, you'll find the Kota Beach. The location is near from the seaport about 5 minutes via tricycle with a fare of Php30.00. Tell the driver to drop you at the Goldilocks. So far, in Bantayan Island rates, I got the cheapest rate for my hostel accommodation. Thank you to the caretaker who's very friendly
