We had great 8 nights at this place. The staff was great, the coffee and breakfast are exceptional. The room was nice, there was a free laundry service and the staff organised a rental car for us very spontaneously. Thank you! :)

We stayed in a triple room which was huge and very clean with a great shower. The beds (two singles and a large double) all had mosquito nets, although we didn’t see a single mosquito while we were there! Big selection of tasty meals and drinks available from the restaurant and a nice view day and night, you can sit inside or outside and they were very understanding of food allergies. We felt completely safe at all times, including walking from the hotel to the centre and to the genocide memorial. Best of all were the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, including arranging transfers for us to and from the bus station (also providing assistance with purchasing bus tickets to Musanze), storing our luggage and teaching us some words in the local language. We would definitely stay here again.
