The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. Enough sockets. Pleasant Tv. Had a little struggle with the American style shower lever but could figure it out. 😉 Breakfast was good. Don‘t know too much about American standard to evaluate it. Finally great stay at all.

Breakfast was very good. The service people we met were engaging and friendly. The hotel and our room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The bathroom and shower facility were very functional and clean. Really liked the wall mounted bathing soaps etc. We traveled with another couple who were equally impressed as well.

This hotel is just 3.2 km from Newport city centre and the Mansions and 3.1 km from the Newport Naval base and Corporate Parks. Facilities include a heated indoor pool and free WiFi access.
