The customer service was excellent from the time I walked into Home2 Suites. The rooms were clean, and the bed was wonderful. I slept like a baby. If I am ever in this area again, I will for sure stay here.

Upon arrival I was greated by front of house Brenda who was friendly and informative about the hotel and the duration of my stay. I was even more pleasantly surprised when I arrived at my hotel, the pictures for me didn't do it justice. It was even better in person. ALOFT lawrenceville was a clean, meet all your needs hotel with gym swimming pool and laundry services avaliable. I stayed for ten days and didnt have a single complaint whislt i was there. All staff were friendly, accomodating, helpful and Komal went above and beyond for me when I had an issue with my barking service. She called taxi services and was able to order me an uber as I didnt have access to any of my account or money due to my bank having techincal difficulties. I was stressed but Momal made that situation alittle less stressful by acting promptly to my need of needing to get to my event pronto - thank you Komal. My room was spacious, with lovely room decor, spacious rooms and high ceilings, clean, big walk in shower. Cleaned well and towels changed every day whilst i stayed. Locally there are some walkable places to eat and even with an Uber ypu can get to many other places to enjoy yourself. There is a local shopping mall within minutes walk which has some fún activities such as cinema, arcade, Tag and some other games. I would recommended - this place does allow pets, which generally is not something i would usually choose but this place was worhr it in my opinion. During my time i only heard a dog barking twice and I could never hear any noise from other people's rooms. It was a peaceful stay. Many thanks team, keep up the great work

I was accompanied by my daughter under the age of 15 and it was said by her; It is the quietest and most comfortable place where I have been. He claims, that the bed is out of this world. I share her comments, but I want to add that the breakfast is varied and very delicious, the location and cleanliness of the place are very good, the areas in general and the room are excellent. There is a small detail that I always observe, the lack of warmth of the collaborators, they are cold, they do not answer the greeting, they do not greet you, they can get on the elevator with you and they ignore you. But Allison showed up on the last day, filling the lobby with kindness, courtesy, and warmth. She greets everyone, very politely, I saw how she recognized a guest who arrived and came out to greet him by her name, I checked out and left happy, she made me feel important to her and to this hotel.
