We requested to change rooms and were accommodated with no questions asked and we pleasantly surprised with the new room which was definitely an upgraded room although no additional charges were added.

breakfast was good, with a nice variety. coffee was great! wish we could have stayed at 4pts. instead of holiday inn express. But the holiday inn express was fine. Staff was very friendly.
