We lived in bungalow... it has amazing view on rice fields and its very comfortable. Staff is very friendly, we had heavy suitcases and they helped us with them and with transport from and to the city centre. Wonderful place!

Our experience at Hmong Sister House in Sapa was a spiritual odyssey that allowed us to connect deeply with the ancient wisdom of the Hmong culture. The retreat, nestled amidst misty hills, provided a mystical setting for our trek. The guided trek led us through sacred caves, ancient temples, and shared moments of spiritual contemplation. Each step felt like a step towards embracing the sacred teachings of the Hmong people. The wise hosts led us through meditation sessions, guiding us to find peace within ourselves. Back at the retreat, we were treated to soul-nourishing meals that enhanced our spiritual journey. One evening, we gathered for a sacred bonfire ceremony, where we released our worries and found solace in the sacred flames. While our overall experience was fantastic, some guests noticed occasional creaking floorboards in the retreat, which added to the rustic charm but might disturb light sleepers. However, it became a shared experience that brought laughter and appreciation for the craftsmanship involved in the retreat's construction. These slight inconveniences were easily overshadowed by the trek of spiritual discovery and the heartfelt hospitality. Our time was a soul-stirring encounter that left us with hearts full of gratitude and cherished memories of Sapa's landscapes and the profound wisdom we acquired through this spiritual sojourn.

Really friendly staff, hotel was nice and walking distance from the main part of town. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, extra bonus for having umbrellas we could borrow in the rain. Even let us check in at 10am without any problems

    The house, view, host family, and staff are amazing. I arrived early, and they got my room ready as soon as the previous guest checked out so I could check in early. There are dogs and cats, so you must be animal friendly and better not allergic, but they all are nice and like pets.

    We love the place. Sadly it was hazy during our stay we were not able to watch movie and do the bonfire. The owner was very helpful arranging the pick up from the bus station. The place is 30 mins away from Sapa town. He also helped us arrange our tour around Sa Pa. We love his cat “Lux” and dog “Tot” those pets really touched our heart. They have fast internet as well so was able to work during our stay. 😊
