Exceptional stay! The room was clean and spacious. The owner was very cooperative and helpful. Some other positives are, Haram was just a 5 min drive. Walking 10-15 min however walking not ideal because of hot weather. Restaurants were near. Highly recommended for the family.

The apartment is very easy to locate, close to different take outs, coffee shop, extremely clean place , very nice smell all the way from the entrance. The size of the rooms are pretty big . All staff were very kind , especially Ahmed the reception on duty went of of the way to serve us. He was very kind and accommodating. Will defo use again when next in Riyadh

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It had everything necessary for a short stay. The host was very good and responsive. It was a peaceful and convenient stop during our journey.

The room is comfortable and clean, nicely decorated and has lots of hangers. Abu offers a welcoming fruit drink, free boat transfer, sunset trip and much more. He makes delicious fish tajin for dinner. Breakfast is very tasty and nutritious too. I'd stay there again. Highly recommended!
