It feels very much like a homestay with the kindest and most attentive family who doted on our two children. We highly recommend staying here - it will be a highlight for sure!

We spent six days in their home, located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the centre of Gjirokastra, with a stunning view over the mountains of the Drino Valley. There are many places to discover in the city as well as in its surroundings and Diana assisted us in every possible way to help us get around. We were also overjoyed by the traditional breakfast of Barda which was made from homegrown and local products. In the morning we would also sometimes drink a coffee together, or we would spent the evenings playing chess and having endless conversations. We truly felt we had becomepart of their family. If you are looking for an homestay experience, this will definitely be the right place to stay.

The place is very clean and comfortable, amazing food and hospitality. I enjoyed my stay a lot. I came by bus. The place is not in the centre of Tepelene - without a car I couldn't get to Tepelene - the host Ilir brought me there.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and full-day security for guests. We had a lovely time here, everything was exceptional. A short walk to the main town and to the castle (be mindful the roads are cobble and can be steep). Room was clean, tidy. Hosts were absolutely lovely and even ironed a few tops as we had forgotten to pack one. Could not recommend more and will be back in the future.

He is very knowledgeable about the Permet area and gave us great suggestions about hikes. The guesthouse is beautiful and in a great location above the valley. The view is amazing. Breakfast was traditional Albanian food. Homemade jams, bread, cheese, etc. Delicious! Dinner at the guesthouse is an option and I highly recommend it.
