Great and courteous staff, modern facilities (would never have believed that the hotel is almost 11 years old) and most of all our dog loved it. It's not always easy to please our Austin. The summercard was a great bonus for our family of 6. Its a few minutes drive from central Schladming, otherwise a rather steep walk, but we saw plenty of people doing it
