They organised all our trips and activities, at no extra cost, even after we changed our plans. The location was perfect, like an oasis in the jungle, the pool was fantastic and the room was very tastefully decorated with everything we could need.

Both bar and restaurant are very good. The bed was really comfortable, which is important to me. The location is awesome, really strategic for trips to Xunantunich, Caracol, and the Green Hills Butterfly Reserve, all of which I would highly recommend visiting while there. The Green Iguana Conservation Project is right on site, likewise highly recommended.

We had such a big room with a microwave and coffee. Beds had blankets and were very comfortable. AC worked great and the showers were hot! Great location for downtown walking and free parking on the street outside. Rocking chairs outside on the patio was a bonus. Toast with jam/nutella/Butter in the morning in the lobby. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was included but others were always available on request, which was good because other food options are not close, except for the upscale restaurants at Blancaneaux and Gaia. Neil was friendly and accommodating, and he always asked about our food preferences and what we might like for dinner that night.
