There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This cottage is cozy, quiet and well maintained. Tucked away on the island and close to beach access. It has a well equipped kitchen and we made all our meals there. Ralph and Rocky are very friendly and full of local knowledge, we followed the itinerary recommended to us and it was perfect.

Located on Galiano Island, the hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from Vancouver Ferry Terminals. The property has a full spa and the inn offers outdoor adventure equipment rentals, including e-bikes and smart cars.

Select rooms are pet-friendly and subject to a fee. We had a lovely relaxing weekend in this beautiful setting. The service from staff was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the deep bathtub. The fireplace made a rainy day cozy. Coffee and a breakfast basket with muffins, yogurt and muesli was appreciated and the fruit compote also went well with the cheese and crackers we brought with us. The room was appointed with 2 coffee cups and two wine glasses. We enjoyed our two meals in the lovely restaurant. We would be happy to return in the future.

The location is perfect for all the centralized activities of Sturdies Bay.. close to Ferry dock, grocery stores and of course the Hummingbird Pub! The cottage had everything that you could ask for in kitchen equipment, bathroom amenities, coffee and even ice cubes ready to use! The tv was on the right system for us to see the Baseball pennant race! We were here to kayak and the location was fine for us to get to the water access points! All was amazing!
