Various cocktails and appetizers can be enjoyed at dbar and in-room dining is available 24-hours a day. It was perfect. I would like to personally thank the concierge team that solved all my requests in no time. From car rental to last minute dinner reservation on a Saturday night. Thank you!

A cozy terrace on the third floor offers views of Yonge Street. The Toronto Eaton Centre is located opposite the apartments. Queen St subway station is 100m away. Front desk staff always made sure to greet us with beaming smiles and were highly responsive. I needed help with the operation of the washer dryer and within a minute, they were in the unit demonstrating it. Loved that it's a serviced apartment so the every two days cleaning helped a lot.

Parking is available with surcharge and includes in/out privileges. 4th stay. It was as always a great stay. From the room, the food to the staff. The staff make this hotel the best.

Located on site, Victor Restaurant and Lounge offers family dining. Available dishes include roasted vegetables, bold salads and seafood. An extensive cocktail list is featured. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with friends during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. The hotel really made the concert experience so much more magical. They offered a lounge with free food, a beading station, photo both, ect… The staff was super friendly and and the rooms were luxurious. I also liked that there is a restaurant attached to the hotel.
