The property also provides a shared kitchen, tea class, cooking class, calligraphy class and Zen experience. Maria is exceptional, she did everything to make all comfortable and nice for our stay. She took her time to invite us to a tea ceremony for our wedding's anniversary. She was always helpful and give us some tips for activities and places to shop. I've learnt a lot about tea and China with her. Thank you to staff too, the girls are very kind and speak a good English. I reccomend this hotel, location is nice in a quiet neighbourhood, you can hiking, running or walking near there. Surely come back next time.

She helped us book all of our tours, made great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff was wonderful too. The room had an amazing view to the lake, the hotel was super pleasant, and both the breakfast and the dinner options were delightful. Will definitely come back!! Thank you!!

Surrounded by mountains and waters, the property offers quiet accommodation and peaceful ambience where you may easily relax. Amazing location, staff were so kind and welcoming. So helpful with advice, always ready with tea/coffee and orange juice whenever we appeared. Let us check in early no problems. The room is comfortable, really nice view of the surrounding karsts. The village the hotel is set in is really scenic and quaint. And easy to travel to Guilin from. Could bro recommend this wonderful hotel more.

Good restaurant. Very clean. A complete experience, absolutely recommended.

It is very quiet, so it is a good place to relax. The staff is very nice, especially Craig who was very helpful to us and spoke good English.
