Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and currency exchange for guests. I value the prompt airport pick up and drop off, free of charge. Sheets are 5 Stars percale sheets, crisp and smell nice. Very close to airport and it’s a quiet hotel to rest and sleep. Incredibly comfortable and cheap! Great staff. Going there again.

The property is around 1.4 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre and 3.9 km from Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The accommodation features karaoke and a shared kitchen. The location was central. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff were both kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chengdu.

Everything. For the money this place is absolutely perfect. The rooms are new, clean, spacious with a good shower and a disco toilet :) it's quite close to restaurants and the metro. They even did our laundry for free and it was done on the same day.

Teddy Bear Hotel is beside Baoguo Bus Station, a 10-minute walk from the famous Baoguo Temple of Mount Emei and 6.5 km from Emei Town. Chengdu Emei Railway station is 10 km away. I liked everything about my experience at the teddy bear hotel. First, the hotel is owned by a very lovely family, they welcome you very warmly and they would make everything to make sure you have the best experience. The nicest people! Second, the room was so beautiful and comfortable. A lot of space and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely believe this hotel is the best option in the area. The price is very honnest. The luxurious hotel offers a 2-storey health club with an indoor pool. Step out, you may walk to Jinjiang Hotel Underground Station (Line 1) in around 5 minutes. For a city like Chengdu, accommodation plays a crucial role in the travel experience. As we returned from Jiu Zhai Gou, Mira was on standby at the lobby and provided us a smooth checking-in with the best view of Cheng Du as usual. The in-room washing machine was a game-changer, making packing much easier since we had to move quickly to the next destination. During this stay, Ana gave fantastic recommendations for visiting the panda park, where we enjoyed watching adorable pandas play and roll around. Conversations with Kathy and Leo provided valuable insights into Chengdu’s culture, must-visit spots, and the best places to satisfy my hotpot cravings. I also want to thank two other nightshift staff members, whose names I regret forgetting, for their assistance. In a tech-savvy city like Chengdu, where many services rely on mobile apps for food ordering, ride-hailing, and navigation, excellent customer service becomes essential. The staff’s patience in guiding us through these apps was invaluable, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip. Overall, their support truly enhanced our experience.

The hotel also offers free WiFi and free private parking. After we took the bus from Lijiang to the bus stop of Lugu Lake, the hotel staff drove to pick us up. Starting with Cece who organised our transfer to and from LAGA Yak Tent, was our personal tour guide, chef and barista, the rest of the team that drove us around Tagong Grasslands area and showed us all the incredible sights while sharing their knowledge, to the tents themselves which were beautifully designed and fitted out with every luxury including floor heating and in room oxygen, and the setting under Yamy amongst the pasture of adorable Yaks. Thank you to Cece and the team, we had an unforgettable stay.
